Through a R&D collaboration between Archroma (former Clariant) and Cotton Incorporated, this anti-wrinkle / non iron resin based foam application is suited for non-iron shirts, sheets, trousers and denim.

Using traditional pad applications, no new machine investment is required and mill level results offer many advantages.

Increased productivity, with lower energy & costs: Through a lower wet pick up and faster drying time than conventional applications. A reduced dwell time also leads to higher productivity.

Improved strength and abrasion resistance:Traditional pad finishes weaken fibres and create premature fabric aging. Foam Eco Care reduces this known issue, giving fabrics greater longevity.

More sustainable: With low formaldehyde use, reduced energy and water consumption and safer handling for the workers.
